If there is anywhere/anyone you can trust, let it be Love Your Dress. I found my moms wedding dress in my basement. It was in a tub of water (due to a leak) sitting there for who knows how long. I was so devastated, I contacted all my family and friends to ask their dry cleaners if they would try to fix it but they all said no. Love Your Dress however, said yes. They were so caring and understanding as I was in a VERY emotional state (my mom got married to my dad in this dress. He passed away when I was 11. So, it was VERY special to me.) The dress smelled and was molding. I was giving them all my trust, and I am SO glad I did. The dress came out soo absolutely perfect. I've always dreamed of getting married in this dress and now I still can. They were so quick with a response, and with pick up. They also delivered it back so carefully. This team is clearly amazing and extremely careful with the work they do. Honestly, you could trust them with anything. Also to mention: the dress came back so quickly, I was so surprised! I had such a wonderful experience with this company. I already had my dress cleaned but it took them no time to pick up my dress, box it and deliver it again. They made the process very quick and easy and I was very impressed! I'm sure during wedding season they may be much busier but I received my wedding deck back in a week. The boxing price was much cheaper than other places I have found!

I honestly had no hope for it but I thought why not try to get it clean. I was told it was going to take a few weeks however it came back earlier than expected. Very professional and easy to deal with. I used them to clean and preserve my wedding dress, they box it nicely to store safely. It takes some time to get your dress back but they are upfront about that and the final product is worth it... I love the box it came in - has a little window on the top to view your gown. I was very satisfied with their service from the beginning (booking the pick-up and answering my questions), to the middle, (pleasant driver, quick and easy exchange) to the end (easy payment and the same pleasant driver dropping it off). They advertised 16 week and it came 4 weeks earlier and I was so happy. My dress looked beautiful! It was perfectly displayed and all spots were cleaned up.
Great experience! I used their services for wedding dress/veil cleaning and preservation. There were some pretty bad blueberry stains at the bottom of my dress and they were able to clean it out. The whole process was really smooth and efficient. My items were picked up and delivered right back home. It was so easy and the communication to schedule pickup and delivery was really great. Five stars for cleaning! I brought in a secondhand couture Maggie Sottero wedding dress and they made it look brand new. Their method is done by hand so it didn't damage the embroidery or bead work. I will be using them for alterations as well after this pandemic is over. Every staff member is wonderful and friendly. I highly recommend Love Your Dress for any bride.
